Harvest Blossom

St. Germain Liquor (Elderflower Liquor) is one of my favorite liquors! It is pricey but worth every penny. It is made from flowers in the south of France and it gives cocktails a unique floral flavor. You can substitute with St. Elder or another brand of liquor but you may need to modify the amounts depending on the sweetness of the brand.

Ingredients:

2 oz Grey Goose la Poire Vodka

2 oz pear nectar

1 oz St. Germain Liquor or other Elderflower Liquor

1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice

Combine Pear Vodka, Pear Nectar, St, Germain, and fresh lemon juice in a shaker, shake and then pour into a chilled martini glass.
