Watermelon Cooler

Ingredients

2 oz gin

Juice from 1/2 lime (approx 1 oz)

3 oz watermelon juice

splash of seltzer

Add the gin, lime juice and watermelon juice to a shaker to mix. Serve over ice and garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of mint.

There are a lot of different watermelon juices on the market. Simply makes a great version but for a twist on this cocktail pick up the Watermelon Cucumber juice from Trader Joe’s!
