This 3 ingredient cocktail made with Guava juice that is sometimes referred to as the "pink angel" has the perfect amount of sweet and tart to make you want a 2nd!
Ingredients:
2 oz Empress Gin
2 oz Guava Juice
1 oz fresh lime juice
Shake all ingredients together and serve up in a martini glass garnished with a lime.

Juice from 1/2 lime (approx 1 oz)
3 oz watermelon juice
splash of seltzer
Add the gin, lime juice and watermelon juice to a shaker to mix. Serve over ice and garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of mint.
